In fact, since 1994 we have been a trusted builder of new quality constructed multi-family and/or single family homes in the City of Livonia each and every year since we began this rewarding journey. We are humbled and pleased with our 2009 award “Young Builder of the Year” and our “2016 Parade of Homes Blue Ribbon Award” for our Columbia floor plan. Over the past two decades, in addition to building in Livonia, we have built homes throughout southeastern Michigan.
